Cups & Co is run as a commercial coffee shop and we expect our trainees to take their work as seriously as they would in Starbucks!

 

Our aim is to train our assistants in hospitality skills with the goal, for some, of gaining a paid job in the community. There are lots of practical skills to learn: making different hot drinks including takeaways, as well as a variety of toasties, sandwiches, paninis, jacket potatoes and fresh soups.

 

There are also the important customer facing skills whether this is taking orders, responding to questions or delivering the food to customers.
